* Prepayment is required due to the services we provide. Basically everything we do is custom, so payment must be made up front before we print, embroider, decorate, etc. Payments are processed through Square, which accepts Cash, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, all Major Credit Cards and in some cases, Company Checks. We can also accept some payments via PayPal (some restrictions apply).
 
* Artwork:
 
Design Fee - We can provide artwork for most designs for a fee, if needed. We will email you the artwork as well, so you have it for future use.
 
Screen Printing - We can help you with this as we use many design programs and can open almost any file, so send us whatever you have and we will help you. If you have no artwork at all, we can create it for you, but there will be a design fee. We will not charge for minor changes done to pre-existing artwork given to us.
 
Direct To Garment & Sublimation - Vector graphics are preferred, but any hi resolution image is fine, preferably on a transparent background. We cannot promise great results if artwork  is not good resolution. Most of the newer smartphones take hi resolution photos that we can use, so keep that in mind.

HTV, Printed Vinyl, DTF, White Toner Transfers - Vector Graphics required.
 
* Orders placed for anything besides screen printing fall under our 10 business day turn around time (3 weeks for orders placed in October, November & December). Screen print orders can take up to 3 weeks, though we usually get them done sooner. We get in many orders and we have to get them all completed in a timely fashion. We can get the order done faster most of the time, but it is not guaranteed. If you need the order done faster, it can be done, but a separate Rush Fee will be charged for the work. Your turn around time begins the 1st business day after payment is made.
